Tiramisu Martini

Tiramisu Martini

Print Recipe
Tiramisu… but make it a cocktail.
Think dessert meets happy hour! Creamy, coffee, and kissed with just the right hint of hazelnut, this Tiramisu Martini is everything you love about the classic Italian dessert served in a glass, with a little buzz. That cloud of lightly sweetened mascarpone on top is simply HEAVEN!
It’s smooth, dreamy, and dangerously easy to love. Sip by sip, it’s cocktail hour…any time of day! No one’s judging.

Ingredients

Espresso Liqueur:

(makes 1 cocktail)

  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur, (Kahlua is my favourite)
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut liqueur, (Frangelico is perfect)
  • tbsp brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 tbsp vodka

Mascarpone Cream:

(makes 4 cocktails)

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream 35% or 15%, both work great
  • 1 tbsp Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • A dash vanilla bean paste
  • To taste cocoa powder
  • Optional espresso beans, décor

Instructions

Mascarpone Cream:

  • In a medium bowl whisk ingredients until slightly thickened but still pourable (no peaks).

Espresso Liqueur:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add both liqueurs, espresso, and vodka. Cover and shake until very cold and foamy.
  • Strain into a martini glass.
  • Drizzle with the mascarpone cream on top.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and top with 3 espresso beans.

Notes

  • Espresso liqueur: adapt the recipe to the number of cocktails served.
  • Both Espresso liqueur and Mascarpone Cream can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge.
